If you want to return any items please contact our team using the following details:
- All returns should be made no later than 48 hours (2 working days) after receipt of the goods being received by the customer. All goods should be returned in full and perfect condition in the original packaging.
- All goods should be returned at the customers’ expense.
- The customer should ensure the returned goods are insured with their carrier as if received in a damaged condition we cannot refund the goods and a claim by the customer will need to make to their carrier.
- All damages should be reported separately as detailed in section 11. The company will only refund the goods if they are received in good saleable condition and in their original packaging with no items missing.
- The company will only refund goods if returned in line with our terms and conditions.
