At The Box UK we have been following the news and government guidelines closely to ensure that we fully adhere to the necessary restrictions in place for the safety of our employees and our customers.

With this in mind we would like to share what we have put in place:
All employees will be working from home to answer any queries you have in the usual manner. You will see no change to our response times or customer service standards.
Within our tin packaging warehouse, we have increase our hygiene standards (they were already high) and have put in place strict social distancing to allow all deliveries to go out as usual without putting you or us at risk.
All deliveries are still being dispatched at 1pm each day by the warehouse team and we do not anticipate there being any delay in your order of tin packaging being fulfilled.
We have carefully managed our stock supplies to make sure we have a high volume of our products so your orders can be fulfilled.
We know this is a very challenging time for our customers and if there is anything we can do to support please do let us know.
